NPC blames census shift on election postponement

Federal Commissioner representing Edo State in National Population Commission (NPC), Dr. Tony Aiyejina, yesterday, said the shift in the 2023 General Elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission was the major reason the NPC postponed the 2023 population census.
