MLSCN, Bloom Public Health seal pact to boost primary healthcare labs

The Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and Bloom Public Health have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to upscale the capacity and service delivery of laboratories at the primary healthcare (PHC) level.
