Court hears motion over alleged suicide case April 30

Justice Igho Patricia Braimoh of an Edo High Court in Benin has fixed April 30 for hearing on an enforcement of fundamental human rights action instituted by Chukwudi Akpotowho Mudiaga over his arrest on alleged aiding of suicide.
