Debt crisis: Power firms, FBNQuest bicker over disputed receivership claims

A major dispute has erupted in the power sector as three of the country's largest electricity firms, Egbin Power Plc, Ikeja Electric Plc, and First Independent Power Limited (FIPL), have rejected the announcement of a court-sanctioned receivership over their operations, describing it as misleading and contrary to subsisting court rulings.
