NIQS seeks best practices in FCT’s project cost, procurement

The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) has advocated an increase in the employment of quantity surveyors in the Federal Capital Territory Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Civil Service Commission to promote best practices in projects’ cost and procurement management services.
