Okebukola cautions graduating students against abuse of freedom

The former Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), Prof. Peter Okebukola, has admonished graduating students of Emerald High School, Ogun State, against abusing newfound freedom, which they would be exposed to, as they enter tertiary institutions.
