Emerging Leaders Forum holds conference, commits to leadership, nation building

Emerging Leaders Forum (ELF), a group set up to provide the platform for leaders in waiting to develop and hone their leadership skills to become transformation agents in the country at large has held its first conference in Lagos recently.
