Seadogs partners NCC on prison decongestion in Ogun

The National Association of Seadogs (NAS), also known as The Pyrates Confraternity, Ash Montana Deck, in Abeokuta, has partnered with the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Ogun State Command, to decongest the prisons in the state.
