Foreign direct investment from France to Nigeria over €10m, Blatmann says

The immediate past Ambassador of France to Nigeria, Ms. Emmanuelle Blatmann, was recalled by President Emmanuel Macron to take up the position of the Director for Africa and the Indian Ocean at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
