Lawyer faults Ihedioha’s plan to build 27 stadiums in Imo State

An Owerri-based lawyer, Mr. Emperor Iwuala has faulted plans by Governor Emeka Ihedioha to build 27 stadiums across Imo State, reports the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
