Court strikes out suit seeking disqualification of Enugu PDP candidates

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and it’s candidates in the general elections in Enugu State scaled a major hurdle on Friday as the Federal High Court sitting in the state struck out a suit seeking disqualification of her candidates from the general elections.
