CUPP, Tinubu hail Obasanjo as parties announce ceasefire in Ethiopian civil war

The Ethiopian government and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front have agreed to end hostilities and proceed on a detailed programme of disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration for TPLF combatants.
