CoEs lament inability to access N300b revitalisation fund

Provosts of Federal Colleges of  Education (CoEs) have lamented their inability to access the N300 billion appropriated as revitalisation fund in the 2023 budget, and appealed to the Minister of Education, Dr Olatunji Alausa to intervene in ensuring its release.
