MEND threatens to disrupt SPDC’s operations for violation of local content

Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) has threatened to shut down operations of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) over alleged contravention of Local Content Act in the appointment of expatriates.
