Rivers council boss begins grassroots devt programme

As part of its efforts to groom world-class athletes for the country, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Council of Rivers State has revealed plans for a grassroots development programme that will create opportunities for primary and secondary schools students in the area to hone
