Job racketeering: Lawmakers issue arrest warrant on IPPIS officer who indicted FCC chair

The House of Representatives Ad hoc Committee probing employment racketeering in agencies of the Federal Government on Thursday issued a warrant of arrest on former Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) desk officer at the Federal Character Commission (FCC),
