Again, CBN criminalises spraying, hawking, mutilation of currency

For the umpteenth time, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Olayemu Cardoso, has warned citizens against abusing the Naira in the form of spraying, hawking and mutilating, saying the behaviour remains prohibited.
