‘Why projects were abandoned nationwide’

The Head of Service of the Federation (HoSF) Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita has explained that lack of commitment by previous administrations hindered the execution of projects across the country, especially completion of facilities at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN).
