INEC, LP bicker over subpoena as Obi tenders I-Rev reports

Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has lamented alleged refusal by chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu, to accept summons and produce documents before the court.
