35-year-old mother detained in Ibadan hospital over unpaid bills

A thirty five-year-old mother of a new baby girl in Ibadan, Mrs Adenike Samuel and her baby have been detained in an Ibadan hospital since she gave birth on Easter eve for her inability to pay N300,000 delivery bill.
