Beneficiaries hail TETFund for addressing skilled manpower deficit

Participants at the recent two-day capacity building programme for ICT staff in tertiary institutions, have commended Sunny Echono-led Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) for the effort to fill existing gap in skilled manpower.
