An activist, Ifeanyi Okonkwo, has dragged Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo, and his predecessors, Chris Ngige, Peter Obi and Willie Obiano, to court for allegedly running the affairs of the 21 local councils in the state with unelected officials.
