Protect Niger Delta from violent actions, Otuaro urges PAP delegates

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr Dennis Otuaro, has urged delegates of the PAP and youths of the Niger Delta to safeguard the prevailing peace in the region. Otuaro advised them to realise that protecting the region
