Prison service decries release of Ngillari on bail, chides judiciary

The Nigeria Prison Service (NPS) has condemned the release on bail of the convicted former Adamawa State Governor, Mr. James Bala Ngillari. The Controller of Prison, Adamawa State Command, Mr. Peter Tenkwa, said this yesterday in Yola.
