Instagram, facebook accounts of NDDC chairman, hacked, cloned – media aide

The Chairman, Governing Board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Mr. ChieduEbie, has announced that his Instagram account has been hacked just as cloned facebook accounts in his names have surfaced on social media.
