Motorcycle union accuses Lagos ministry of undermining gov’s directives

The Motorcycle Operators’ Union of Nigeria (MOUN), Lagos Branch, has accused the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation of subverting Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s directives regarding the recognition and certification of motorcycle operators.
