Newgate varsity names law faculty, library after late CJN, CJ

Newgate University Minna (NUM) Niger State, has named its newly established Faculty of Law complex after former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), the late Justice Idris Kutigi; and Legacy Library after first Chief Judge (CJ) of Niger State, the late Justice
