Kaduna Gov, Sani, expresses concern over increasing number out-of-school children

Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has expressed concern over the increasing number of out of school children in the state, as he summoned the officials of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) to a meeting on how to arrest the anomaly.
