Local councils now well positioned to pay workers’ salaries, says Ahmed

Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State has said the increase in the allocation to all tiers of government from the Federation Account, has made Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the state better positioned to pay salaries of their workers and those of teachers.
