Army chief Lar cautions retirees against illegal businesses

The Commandant, Nigeria Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), Oshodi, Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Kingsley Lar, has cautioned retirees against investing their retirement benefits in dubious businesses.
