Full implementation of Lagos parking policy begins in 2023, says LASPA

The General Manager, Lagos State Parking Authority (LASPA) Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu, said the agency would commence full implementation of its policies in the second quarter of 2023 to improve parking culture in the state.
