Man sells land belonging to Borno govt, lands in court

Mustapha Ibn Mustapha was arraigned before the Borno State High Court on Tuesday for defrauding victims and selling a piece of land belonging to the Borno State Government. In a press statement released by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission
