COMTUA decries indiscriminate impoundment of truck

The Council of Maritime Transport Union and Associations (COMTUA) has decried what they called gross irregularities and corruption practices perpetrated by officials of the Lagos State Committee on Removal of Abandoned Vehicle (LASCRAV).
