Ogoni youths threaten to shut down HYPREP's activities over exclusion

Ogoni youths in Rivers State have threatened to shut down construction sites of the ongoing power projects, Centre of Excellence, being executed by the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) over exclusion.
