In Abuja, 260 women, youths empowered in Rep's skill acquisition programme

No fewer than 260 women and youths have benefited from the first phase of a skill acquisition programme provided by a member of the 9th House of Representatives, Hon. Micah Jiba, in Abuja on Saturday.
