Clark describes inclusion of Abia, Imo, Ondo in NDDC as a political aberration

A Nigerian nationalist, Ijaw leader and politician from Delta State, Edwin Clark, has indicated that the inclusion of the States of Abia, Imo and Ondo in the 2000 Niger Delta Development (NDDC) Act was an aberration that must be corrected without further delay.
