AFN ex-secretary, Akawu, arrested over ‘missing’ $130, 000 IAAF money

The immediate past secretary of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Mr. Amaechi Akawu, has been arrested by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), over allegations of misappropriation of $130, 000 belonging to the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF).
