Officers’ wives seek self-reliance through skill acquisition

The Ebonyi State chapter of the Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association (NAOWA) has urged the Federal Government to initiate skill acquisition schemes for wives of serving personnel to make then self-reliant in the event of incapacity to their spouses.
