Akwa Ibom civil service boss, others lament hardship caused by cashless economy

Chairman of Akwa Ibom State Civil Service Commission, Mrs Ekerebong Umoh, has bemoaned the hardship being suffered by the people as a result of the cashless policy introduced by the Godwin Emefiele-led Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
