The appointment of Muhammad Abu Ibrahim as Executive Secretary, National Agriculture Development Fund (NADF) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has gotten me excited beyond measure because of the quality, experience and passion for the development of agriculture in Nigeria of the appointee.
