Shehu of Dikwa, Muhammad Ibn-Masta El-Kanemi is dead

The Borno Government has confirmed the demised of a first-class traditional ruler, the Shehu of Dikwa, Alhaji Muhammad Ibn-Masta El-Kanemi.
