Anwukah commends Commonwealth of Learning for promoting mass literacy in Nigeria

Minister of State for Education, Prof. Anthony Gozie Anwukah, has commended the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) for promoting mass literacy, particularly through the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
