Isoko community re-arrests alleged notorious escapee criminal, others

The people of Ozoro Kingdom in Isoko North Local Council of Delta State have apprehended an alleged notorious criminal, Odogu Bruscata, and others and handed him over to the state Police Headquarters in Asaba.
