Strike: Hold govs responsible for hardship, group tells NLC 

Ahead of planned nationwide strike action by Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), the Nigeria Civil Society Forum has blamed the 36 state governors of the Federation for the hardship being faced by Nigerians.
