Police cooperative, consortium target December for Oasis centre project

Plans are afoot by the Nigeria Police Cooperatives Multipurpose Society Ltd (POLCOOP), Mall D’Oasis Shopping Centre Limited and a consortium of partners to boost the nation’s hospitality and real estate sector.
