One carbon tax too many, without govt’s responsibility

The Federal Government’s plans to unveil a carbon tax policy and budgetary system for Nigeria in accordance with the provisions of the Climate Change Act 2021, smirks of hypocrisyand lack of commitment to the ideals of climate change, except for areas where it can make some quick cash.
