Court suspends cancellation of firm’s permits by defunct DPR

Justice P.O Lifu of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has suspended the purported cancellation of NOV Oilfield Solution Limited and NOV Oil and Gas Services Limited’s permits by the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).
