UK-based Nigerian tackles Delta stakeholders over prolonged darkness in Ndokwa West

A UNITED Kingdom (UK)-based social critic, Ifeanyi Samson, has decried the prolonged electricity shortages being witnessed in Ndokwa West and surrounding communities, despite playing host to Oando Power Station, a situation he has blamed for the stunted economic activities in the area.
