NDDC boss laments infrastructure deficit, environmental concerns, others in Niger Delta 

The Manager Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbukwu, has lamented the myriad of challenges facing the region, ranging from infrastructure deficit to environmental concerns, as well as socio-economic disparities.
