Unprofessional teachers detrimental to educational progress, says Soyombo

Director-General, Office of Education Quality Assurance, Lagos State Ministry of Education, Mrs. Ronke Soyombo, has warned against the dangers of allowing 19th Century teachers in a 21st century educational scene.
